With the aim to give single window solutions we are the one who can provide ready to use ecosystem, where one only needs to fit the job on final application.

1. Cutting machine- Our facility features 2 single head cutting machines, 3 double head cutting machines, and 2 auto feeder PLC controlled cutting machines, all imported from Elumatec in Germany. These machines offer a precision level of 0.1mm and can cut profiles as small as 15mm and as wide as 200mm, with thicknesses up to 20mm or more.

2. Hydraulic Press machine- Our five press machines, with capacities ranging from 10 to 150 tons, provide solutions for notching, punching, piercing, forming, and flaring operations.

3. Press brake machine- Our state-of-the-art 3 press brake machine allows us to maintain a center distance accuracy of 0.1 mm. The bed size is up to 2.5 meters and tonnage as far as 70 tones.

4. Pneumatic press- With few products which demand high volume and quick production and have their limitations in Hydraulic press, we have pneumatic press which are very useful in solar frame fabrication.

5. Bending machine-Many applications required circular bending or a degree bending. With facility to bend the section with an accuracy of 0.2mm, ovality is something to be proud of. The auto cut off ensures repeatability and consistency in product.

6. Forming operations-For better grip and various applications, forming is done to aluminium to use it for specific purposes. Being soft and good tensile strength accuracy is highly needed for forming operation and we are doing it smoothly with best of tool sets and good SOPs

7. Key way- Small key ways are part of assembly for aluminium handles or aluminium grip applications. We are performing it with VMC or on press setup.

8. Machining operations- With 5 axis VMC and CNC we can do the critical parts with accuracy and confidence. From last 4 years we are machining around 14000 parts per month. Our aim is to give the comfort of ready to use and being a green channel supplier.
